International Shipping Cut-Off Dates
For international orders, ensure your items are shipped by the following dates:

Important Notes
- Cut-off dates apply to metro areas only. Additional time may be required for regional locations.
- Ensure your order is placed before 12 PM on the cut-off date to allow for processing.
- Delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, so ordering early is recommended.

Online Purchases
For full-price items purchased online (excluding jewellery), we offer a refund or store credit within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it meets our return conditions. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Sale items (excluding jewellery) are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 7 days if returned in original condition with a valid receipt. No refunds are available for sale items unless faulty.
Final Reduction Items
Items marked as final reduction are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Archive Sale Items
- Garments and Shoes: Eligible for store credit only. No refunds. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Bags: Not eligible for return.
In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases (excluding jewellery) can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days, if return conditions are met.
Return Conditions
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Original tags and packaging are intact.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Refund Method
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7 days of approval. Return shipping (unless the item is faulty) is the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law. Email us at info@robertoverino.com.au with details and photos.
Returning Online Purchases In-Store
You can return online purchases to any of our Australian stores within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in saleable condition.
Returning Online Orders
Email info@robertoverino.com.au within 7 days of delivery to begin the return process.
Exchange Policy
Online orders cannot be exchanged directly. Please follow the return process and place a new order. In-store exchanges are available at Roberto Verino stores nationwide.
