Roberto Verino Returns Policy

Online Purchases

For full-price items purchased online (excluding jewellery), we offer a refund or store credit within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it meets our return conditions. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items

Sale items (excluding jewellery) are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 7 days if returned in original condition with a valid receipt. No refunds are available for sale items unless faulty.

Final Reduction Items

Items marked as final reduction are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Archive Sale Items

  • Garments and Shoes: Eligible for store credit only. No refunds. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Bags: Not eligible for return.

In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases (excluding jewellery) can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days, if return conditions are met.

Return Conditions

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original tags and packaging are intact.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Refund Method

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7 days of approval. Return shipping (unless the item is faulty) is the customer’s responsibility if checkout+ is not purchased.

What is “Free Returns” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Returning Online Purchases In-Store

You can return online purchases to any of our Australian stores within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in saleable condition.

Exchange Policy

Online orders cannot be exchanged directly. Please follow the return process and place a new order. In-store exchanges are available at Roberto Verino stores nationwide.
